TrackIt Terms of Service
These terms apply specifically to the TrackIt app. They do not govern LifeOS or PracticeOS.

What TrackIt does
TrackIt helps you log meals by photo, voice, or text. When AI is used, it supports tasks such as identifying likely foods, interpreting a description, and estimating a quantity. Nutrition values are then matched to food-data sources such as FatSecret and scaled to the selected or estimated serving amount.
Subscription and billing
Subscription offers, trial periods, prices, and renewal terms are shown in TrackIt and in the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled within Apple’s required timeframe. Manage cancellations through your Apple ID subscription settings; Apple handles refund requests under its policies.
Nutrition and health disclaimer
Food matches, serving quantities, and calculated totals can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review and edit entries when needed. TrackIt is for general wellness tracking and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or specialized dietary needs.
Your responsibilities
- Review food matches and quantities before relying on an entry.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Use the service lawfully and do not upload illegal content.
- Do not interfere with or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
Account deletion
You can request or initiate account deletion from TrackIt. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription, which must be managed separately through Apple.
